Wedding Blog & Giveaway Winner!

First of all, I'm proud to announce my new wedding blog, The Rustic Bride! I'm going to be posting my inspiration, rants, reviews, and random thoughts on all things wedding! Feel free to follow if you are into that kinda thing.

  4. Ahh I'm so envious you found a barn venue! We don't have a single one in our area! Michigan is WAY behind the times in the wedding scene. We have a traditional hall that I like, but I don't love. All I wanted was a barn venue but it's not even an option! I will live viacriously through you! hehe. We're having our ceremony outdoors, so I'll make it work! :) I;m so excited to read along with your wedding planning! I have everything booked so far, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! :)

  12. Keeping a marriage full of contentment and love is easier than what most people think. One important factor to a happy marriage life is communication. Always make sure that you talk to your wife about matters that you don't both agree on. There's always what we call compromise. Chances of misunderstandings that may lead to fights will be lessened if you know how and when to listen and to talk.
